1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Onmove website (onmove.co) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Our Services

Onmove provides electric transport and removal services across Greater London. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, geographical coverage, and operating hours (Monday–Friday 08:00–20:00, Saturday–Sunday 09:00–18:00). We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Quotes are valid for 24 hours from the time of issue.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Onmove.
  • Payment is due in full before service commencement unless a business credit account has been established.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled collection time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
  • No-shows will be charged in full.

4. Liability

Onmove's liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our maximum liability for loss or damage to goods in transit is limited to £100 per item unless additional insurance is purchased in advance.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of Onmove Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use this website to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Transmit harmful code, viruses, or spam.
  • Scrape or harvest data from this website without consent.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without notice, if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to Onmove, our customers, or third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
